Friday’s SSHS boys’ lacrosse game rescheduled
March 25, 2016
Steamboat Springs — As winter weather continues to linger on the Western Slope, the Steamboat Springs High School boys’ lacrosse team was forced to postpone Friday’s home game against Vail Mountain.
The game has been rescheduled for Monday at Gardner Field; varsity begins at 4 p.m., and junior varsity follows at 5:30 p.m.
The Sailors are still scheduled to host Battle Mountain (2-1) at 11 a.m. Saturday. Steamboat (1-1), ranked No. 5 in Class 4A this week, hasn’t played since a 14-10 loss to current No. 2 Windsor last weekend.
