8:13 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a man chasing someone's dog in the 3100 block of Ingles Lane. The man was suspected of being under the influence of drugs and entered someone's car. The 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of second-degree trespassing.

8:15 a.m. Officers were called to a report of fraud related to someone trying to obtain personal information over the phone.

12:14 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a stolen car at Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue. The owner saw someone drive away in their car. The person who took the car returned. The car had been accidentally taken, and police did not respond.

12:40 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person in the 2600 block of Windward Way who wanted to report a fraudulent Craigslist advertisement.

1:57 p.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person who fell in the 24000 block of Routt County Road 25.
