The Steamboat Springs Arts Council is pleased to present a multi-media fine art exhibit and the sale of work by its artist members. The exhibit of some 67 pieces include oil painting, water media, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, photography, sculpture, and fine craft. Thirty five artists are participating. Most of the work is by local artists; however, there are several members participating from outside of the region, some as far away as Seattle.
The exhibit opened with a public reception on Friday, September 9 from 5 p.m.- 7 p.m. The exhibit continues on display at the Eleanor Bliss Center for the Arts at the Depot through October 17th.

Natural Reflections – Oct 21 – Nov 17

Following the Diego River exhibit we are pleased to present Natural Reflections, Oct 21 – Nov 17, two one-woman exhibitions of new work by Karina Hean and Connie Norman. Also, in our Small Works Gallery will be new work by SSAC Artist Member Ann Root. We are proud to support our artist members with exhibits in this intimate space.

An opening reception for both exhibits will be held on Friday Oct 21, 5:00 – 7:00pm. A Gallery Talk with the artists is Oct 22, 9:00 – 10:30am.

An International juried exhibition of new work created with fiber materials or traditional fiber processes, December 2, 2005- January 18, 2006. Exhibit juror, Alice Zrebiec is the consulting curator of Textile Art for the Denver Art Museum.
