Police, fire and ambulance calls

10:53 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a Dachshund that had been bitten by a black fuzzy dog on the Yampa River Core Trail.

1:35 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person smoking marijuana in a car in the 1800 block of Central Park Plaza.

1:54 p.m. Officers were called to a report of harassment in the 600 block of Yampa Street.

6:34 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a man in the 800 block of Mill Run Court getting threatening text messages related to a tenant dispute.

8:45 p.m. Officers were called to check on a drunken man sitting on the curb at a bus stop in Ski Time Square. He was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center with chest pain.

8:20 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a crash on Routt County Road 36. Deputies learned the crash was on Routt County Road 38. A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Two people were treated for injuries.

9:21 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a stolen truck in the 1400 block of South Lincoln Avenue. The report was unfounded, and two people were cited for false reporting.
