Police, fire and ambulance calls

6:41 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person with chest pain at a nursing home in the 2800 block of Owl Hoot Trail.

10:51 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a drunken person in the 300 block of Mount Werner Road. Police found a 38-year-old Hayden woman lying next to a car. She was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center and issued a summons for DUI. After being released from the hospital, someone called police to report the same woman was driving drunk. She was contacted by Hayden police and was not drunk. She told police she was having a bad day.

11:13 a.m. Officers were called to a report of harassment at Steamboat Springs Middle School.

11:51 a.m. Officers were called to a report of kids driving erratically at Third Street and Lincoln Avenue. They could not be located.

11:55 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident on River Road. There was a car full of teenagers, and one of the teens was seen jumping out of the car and running away. The teen could not be located.

1:20 p.m. Officers were called to check on the welfare of a person in the first block of Sequoia Court. The person was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center.

4:06 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a truck driving erratically in Ski Time Square.

7:06 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person with chest pain in the 1000 block of Pine Street.

8:23 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who thought their mail had been tampered with in the 1000 block of Lincoln Avenue.

9:37 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a sick person in the 2600 block of Medicine Springs Drive.
