Police, fire and ambulance calls

3:15 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person who was bleeding at a hotel in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle.

7:50 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a bear that got into trash in the 3300 block of Après Ski Way. A citation was issued. Three other citations were issued in Steamboat during the morning for trash violations.



10:28 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a stolen car in the 700 block of Walton Pond Circle. Someone let a friend borrow a car, and the friend did not return it.

11:12 a.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who possibly overdosed on pain medications in the 1000 block of Longview Circle.



11:48 a.m. Officers were called to a report of someone illegally parked in a handicapped spot in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

4:49 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car weaving and speeding at Lincoln Avenue and 13th Street.

8:18 p.m. Officers were called to help with a drunken person at a bar in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. A 48-year-old man had a protection order that forbad him from drinking alcohol, and he was arrested.

9:01 p.m. Officers were called to a report of loud construction noise in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza.

9:02 p.m. Officers were called to check on the welfare of a person in the 1800 block of Burgess Creek Road.
