Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:42 a.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person with chest pain in the 17800 block of Routt County Road 29.

2:46 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident at a motel in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue. A woman got a ride to Steamboat with a man, and they stayed at a motel. When the woman woke up, the man was gone, along with a guitar she had bought the man in exchange for a ride from Steamboat and Boulder.

8:24 a.m. Officers were called to a report of people camping at Stock Bridge Transit Center. They were given a warning.

8:55 a.m. Officers were called to a report of identity theft involving a business bank account.

2:44 p.m. Officers were called to check on the welfare of a person's son in the 1400 block of Robert E Lee Lane.

2:59 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a truck that almost hit two cars at Pine Grove Road and South Lincoln Avenue.

6:42 p.m. Officers were called to a report of six people climbing gondola tower No. 5 at the Steamboat Ski Area. Police contacted two 17-year-old males. They told police they were bored and had nothing to do. They said they would be more productive with their time in the future.

7:42 p.m. Officers were called to a report of two people setting up camp at a parking lot in the 2700 block of South Copper Passage. They were given warnings not to camp. A 27-year-old man was also arrested for an outstanding warrant.

8:40 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to a report of a vehicle fire at Elk River Road and Lincoln Avenue.
