4:17 a.m. An open door was reported in a store in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue.
6:27 a.m. A noise complaint was reported in the 1100 block of 13th Street. The issue was resolved.
9:57 a.m. Police were notified that juveniles were trying to steal towels from a hotel on U.S. Highway 40. The caller said one of the juveniles could have a warrant out for his arrest. The boy was arrested.
10:35 a.m. A vehicle complaint was made in the 2100 block of Mount Werner Road. A vehicle was towed.
11:02 a.m. Animal cruelty was reported in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue.
