Police, fire and ambulance calls

3:24 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 3800 block of Whistler Road. Nobody was inside the vehicle.

2:01 p.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to a report of trespassing near mile marker 40 on Colorado Highway 131 in Yampa.

3:08 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a motor vehicle hit-and-run in the first block of 10th Street.


3:19 p.m.
Deputies were called to a report of a disturbance in the 36000 block of Routt County Road 179.

7:22 p.m. Officers were called to a fireworks complaint in the 2900 block of West Acres Drive. Officers received another complaint in the same area later that night.

7:36 p.m. Officers were called to a report of criminal mischief in the 1000 block of Merritt Street. Pumpkin smashing was occurring in the neighborhood. Two juveniles were spoken to, and the situation was handled civilly with their parents.

9:59 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue was called to a report of trauma near the Wildhorse Marketplace.

10:40 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a fight at a bar in the 100 block of Jefferson Avenue in Hayden.

10:58 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noise complaint near the intersection of Saratoga Avenue and Gilpin Street.
