Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:17 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a fight at a bar in the 700 block of Yampa Street. The parties were separated, and no one wanted to press charges.

12:29 a.m. Officers were called to a fireworks complaint near Apr├Ęs Ski Way and Mount Werner Circle. There was a report of illegal fireworks going off for approximately six hours at a residence, and a written warning was given and the fireworks were confiscated.

12:38 a.m. Officers were called to a bar for a highly intoxicated woman who refused to leave. Officers assisted staff in getting her out and to detox.

12:41 a.m. Officers received a general fireworks complaint at Whistler Road.

12:53 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a loud party going on at the Elk Run Condominiums. Approximately 50 to 60 people were at the party and were warned by officers to quiet down.

1:13 a.m. Officers were called to a fight at a bar on Lincoln Avenue. The parties involved ran away before officers arrived, and no contact was made.

1:33 a.m. Officers were called to a fight at a bar in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. Two people were arrested for disorderly conduct.

7:49 a.m. Officers were called to a report of theft at a business in the 700 block of Yampa Street. An iPhone was stolen out of someone’s purse.

11:23 a.m. Officers were called to a report of theft in the 100 block of West Oak Street in Oak Creek. Someone stole a license plate off a vehicle parked in front of a bar overnight.

11:55 a.m. Officers received a report of a theft in the 800 block of Howelsen Parkway. A bike reportedly was stolen near Howelsen Hill.

1:28 p.m. Officers were called to a report of harassment at a bar in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. It was a report of a cold assault from the night before, and a report was taken.

7:15 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a home that was burglarized in the 1000 block of Pine Street. A home reportedly was burglarized while the tenants were out of town for a few weeks. Several small items were taken.

8:38 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an assault in the 2500 block of Cattle Kate Circle. A woman said her ex-boyfriend choked her out. She was transferred to the hospital. Officers still are looking for the suspect.

9:53 p.m. Officers received a general fireworks complaint in the 400 block of Eaglepointe Court.

9:59 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a theft in the 800 block of Howelsen Parkway. An iPhone reportedly was stolen from the Howelsen Hill area.

10:35 p.m. Officers received a general fireworks complaint near Overlook Drive and Aster Place.

10:52 p.m. Officers received a general fireworks complaint at the West Condominiums.

10:57 p.m. Officers received a general fireworks complaint near Yahmonite and Merritt streets.

11:11 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an intoxicated man who was trying to hurt himself near Yampa and Eighth streets. He was contacted by officers and referred to mental health.
