12:56 a.m. An assault was reported in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. A 39-year-old Tennessee man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault and harassment.

1 a.m. A 36-year-old Tennessee man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, failure to signal and weaving, during a traffic stop at U.S. Highway 40 and Old Fish Creek Falls Road.

12:14 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in a parking lot in the 1100 block of South Lincoln Avenue. Police took a report.



1:05 p.m. Vandalism was reported on the Yampa River Core Trail, where graffiti had been spray-painted on a bridge. Police took a report.

4:17 p.m. A two-vehicle, hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. There were no injuries. Police took a report.



4:39 p.m. A possible drunken driver was reported heading westbound on U.S. Highway 40 near mile marker 101, west of Hayden. The Colorado State Patrol was notified.

6:07 p.m. An assault was reported in the 300 block of South Grant Avenue in Oak Creek. Sheriff’s Office deputies took a report.
