Police, fire and ambulance calls

1:27 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person with an unknown medical problem in the 31500 block of Runaway Place.

1:50 a.m. West Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person with chest pain in the 400 block of West Jefferson Avenue.



1:54 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a person who was ignored after confronting a person in a car with loud music in the 2700 block of Laurel Lane. Officers told them to turn the music down.

2:17 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear in a dumpster in the 1900 block of Cornice Road.



9 a.m. West Routt firefighters were called to help a person who had possibly overdosed in the 23100 block of Routt County Road 55.

9:47 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a cellphone found in the 1000 block of The Boulevard.

10:51 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a lumber truck that lost its cargo at Pine Grove Road and Mount Werner Road.

10:51 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash in the 2300 block of Ski Trail Lane.

3:17 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue.

4:43 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person with chest pain in the 700 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

5:24 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to a report of an accident at Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue. A moped ran into the back of a stopped car, and the moped driver sustained a leg injury.

6:14 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person with an unknown medical problem in the 29500 block of C.R. 27.

7:18 p.m. Officers were called to a report of shoplifting at a store in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. A man was given a citation for stealing a hat.

7:32 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a truck that ran a mountain biker into the ditch at Central Park Drive and Pine Grove Road. The truck could not be located.

10:37 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who wanted to complain about people yelling and cheering too loud at a baseball game at Howelsen Hill. Nothing was done about the complaint.
