12:41 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a person sleeping in a car near the Howelsen Skate Park. Officers gave the person a warning and told him or her to move.

12:49 a.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies and Colorado State Parks rangers stopped to help a driver near mile marker 120 on U.S. Highway 40. Deputies arrested a 33-year-old Hayden man on suspicion of driving under the influence and DUI per se.

12:58 a.m. Police were called to a report of a suspicious car on Boulder Ridge. Officers determined it was a person taking pictures of the stars, and everything was fine.

7:26 a.m. Deputies arrested a 26-year-old Steamboat Springs man on a warrant for probation violation. No more information was available.

7:51 a.m. Police were called to a complaint about a dog loose in the 200 block of Valverdant Court. The dog was taken to the Steamboat Springs Animal Shelter.

9:46 a.m. Colorado Division of Wildlife officers were called to a report of a bear near Mount Werner Road and Central Park Drive.
