1:40 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of an open door or window in the 100 block of 10th Street.

7:31 a.m. Police were called to a report of a person getting harassing phone calls while at work in Steamboat Springs. Police talked to the caller and issued a warning.

8:26 a.m. North Routt Fire Protection District and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue emergency responders, Colorado State Patrol troopers and deputies were called to a report of a bicycle that reportedly hit a pickup on Routt County Road 68, near Steamboat Lake. Medical crews took the 37-year-old Vermont man to Yampa Valley Medical Center and later to a Denver-area hospital. He was pronounced brain-dead on Thursday morning.

8:40 a.m. Police were called to a complaint about a dog loose at Steamboat Boulevard and Golf Stream Court. Police could not find the dog.

9:30 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of a burglary in the 31000 block of Aspen Ridge Road where $100,000 in jewelry was reportedly stolen from a house. Deputies are investigating.

10:08 a.m. Police were called to a request for an officer in the 1100 block of Pine Street. No more information was available.

10:20 a.m. Police were called to a cold report of assault in Steamboat. Officers later arrested a 29-year-old Steamboat man on suspicion of third-degree assault, harassment, stalking, two violations of a protection order and two violations of bail bond conditions.

11:58 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue and police were called to Conestoga Circle where an 86-year-old woman reportedly hurt her hip. Medical crews took her to YVMC.

12:40 p.m. Police were called to a complaint about a barking dog in the 2200 block of Val d'Isere Circle.

2:11 p.m. Police and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue were called to a report of a fire alarm in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.

2:45 p.m. Police were called to a report of two backpacks missing or stolen from the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. The backpacks belonged to employees at a store and were in a back room.

2:54 p.m. Twentymile Ambulance medical crews were called to a request for an ambulance.

5:46 p.m. Deputies and troopers were called to a report of a car crash near mile marker 8 on C.R. 14.

6:01 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue and police were called to a request for an ambulance in the 400 block of Anglers Drive for a 50-year-old man possibly having an epileptic seizure. The man declined ambulance service.

8:44 p.m. Police were called to a report of a missing juvenile in the 2600 block of Honeysuckle Lane. The juvenile returned home after about an hour.

8:54 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of lights flickering in a house in the 35000 block of Humble Road. Neighbors thought it looked suspicious.

11:09 p.m. Police were called to a noise complaint in the first block of Anglers Drive.
