1:48 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a drunken pedestrian at Ninth and Yampa streets.

9:06 a.m. Police got a cold report of a theft of a credit card, ID and glasses in the 2500 block of Village Drive. The items reportedly were taken from a restaurant Dec. 22, and there is no suspect information.

9:07 a.m. Yampa Valley Regional Airport medical crews were called to a request for an ambulance.

9:09 a.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to a request to help Colorado State Patrol troopers near mile marker 138 on U.S. Highway 40, at the base of Rabbit Ears Pass.

9:20 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue emergency responders and police were called to a report of a gas leak in the 1500 block of Pine Grove Road. Officers found that people were servicing a snowblower and had spilled gasoline. The smell had drifted through the building, but there was no gas leak.

9:53 a.m. Police were called to a request for an officer in Central Park Plaza where a person reported that she saw a person who did not have a valid driver's license driving a car. Officers could not find the driver.

10:45 a.m. Police and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue were called to a request for a welfare check on a woman in the 400 block of Tamarack Drive. The woman answered the door and reportedly was responsive, but medical responders took her to Yampa Valley Medical Center because she had been drinking while on medication.

11:02 a.m. Police were called to a complaint about two dogs that reportedly chased two people at Harwig Circle and Telemark Court. The case was referred to animal control officers.

12:55 p.m. Police were called to a complaint about a dog that reportedly almost attacked a person and had a person "trapped" for half an hour in the 1200 block of Ridge View Drive. No more information about the complaint was available, and the case was referred to animal control officers.

1:11 p.m. Deputies were called to a complaint about two dogs in the 2100 block of Whitewood Drive West.

4:17 p.m. Deputies were called to a request to help a driver near mile marker 138 on U.S. 40, near the base of Rabbit Ears Pass, where a car was towed.

4:45 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue and police were called to a request for an ambulance in Pine Grove Circle for a 68-year-old man who reportedly had been at the hot springs and was feeling ill and suffering symptoms similar to a stroke. Medical crews took the man to YVMC.

5:05 p.m. Police were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury crash at Hilltop Parkway and U.S. 40. Officers issued a summons.

5:07 p.m. Police were called to a report of a disturbance between a landlord and a tenant in the 1800 block of Shield Drive. Officers mediated the situation.

6:20 p.m. Police arrested a 47-year-old Steamboat Springs woman on suspicion of driving under revocation, driving with expired plates and driving an uninsured car after a traffic stop on Columbine Drive.

6:26 p.m. Routt County Search and Rescue volunteers were paged to assist with a search for a woman missing at Steamboat Ski Area. The woman became separated from her friends at about 1:30 p.m. Ski Patrollers found the woman's body Wednesday morning.

6:39 p.m. Police were called to a report of a drunken pedestrian in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court who could not say where she needed to go. Officers turned the woman over to sober friends.

7:36 p.m. Hayden Police Department officers and West Routt Fire Protection District emergency responders were called to a request for an ambulance in the Hayden area.

7:50 p.m. Oak Creek Police Department officers were called to a request for a welfare check in the 100 block of Nancy Crawford Boulevard in Oak Creek.

8:07 p.m. Police contacted a group of people drinking alcohol outside in the Knoll Parking Lot during a concert. Officers gave the people an oral warning.

9:36 p.m. Police were called to a person who had questions about the noise ordinance in the 300 block of Blue Sage Circle.

10:52 p.m. Police and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue were called to a report of a fire alarm in the 2000 block of Walton Creek Road. Everything was fine.

11:25 p.m. Police were called to a report of harassment in Steamboat Springs where a woman reported that a man was making comments about her within her hearing range at a gym. The woman did not know the man, and officers took a report.

11:34 p.m. Police arrested a 39-year-old Nebraska man on suspicion of driving under the influence and careless driving after a traffic stop on Ski Trail Lane.

11:59 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue and police were called to a request for an ambulance in the 2000 block of Walton Creek Road for a 30-year-old woman reportedly who was intoxicated and slipped on ice. Medical crews took the woman to YVMC.
