Police, fire and ambulance calls

10:48 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to check on burning brush in the 33100 block of Priest Creek Court.

12:01 p.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a person using another person’s dumpster in the 100 block of Seventh Street. A warning was issued.

2:39 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car that almost hit a pedestrian at Caribou Lane and Fish Creek Falls Road.

2:59 p.m. Officers were called to a report of harassment in the 2900 block of West Acres Drive. It was a dispute between neighbors, and a warning was issued.

4:01 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a semi that was parked and keeping buses from turning around in the 3200 block of South Lincoln Avenue. The driver was asked to move the semi.

5:18 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a driver who was possible drunk, swerving and driving erratically at Walton Creek Road and South Lincoln Avenue. The driver was contacted and was not drunk.

5:38 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who was having difficulty breathing at a nursing home in the 2800 block of Owl Hoot Trail.

6:24 p.m. Yampa Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person with a medical problem in the 21700 block of Colo. Highway 131.

7:16 p.m. North Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person having a seizure in the 49300 block of Routt County Road 129.

8:31 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to a report of a possible structure fire in the 1800 block of Loggers Lane. It was smoke coming from a coffee roaster roasting beans.
