Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:06 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of bullying that occurred at Steamboat Springs High School.

8:41 a.m. Officers were called to a report of threats in the 3100 block of Heavenly View. A resident was upset because someone left a bag of dog waste on a trail. Words were exchanged between the people involved.

12:46 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a truck topper window broken in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Police looked at surveillance video but could not see anyone who broke the window. There was a very large dog in the back of the truck. The owner said the dog would never break the window, but the dog was very protective of the truck.

1:23 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who lost a wallet at a bar in the 700 block of Yampa Street.

1:37 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a blue minivan swerving all over the road on U.S. Highway 40. It could not be located.

2:31 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a man threatening suicide. The man was located and taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center.

2:58 p.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person with an unknown medical problem in the 500 block of Willow Bend.

3:12 p.m. Officers were called to a report of suicidal man with a gun on Huckleberry Lane. After a standoff with police, the man came out. The 37-year-old was arrested on suspicion of prohibited use of a firearm while under the influence of alcohol and for failure to leave premises upon the request of a peace officer.

3:41 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a phone found at Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue.

4:16 p.m. Officers were called to a report of tires slashed in the 1300 block of Lincoln Avenue.

7 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a crash near mile marker 4 on Routt County Road 36. No one was injured.

7:48 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person who was choking at a hotel in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle.

7:53 p.m. Officers were called to a report of people fighting and someone got pushed down stairs in Ski Time Square. The incident is under investigation.

11:38 p.m. Officers were called to a report of people being extremely loud and vulgar in the 700 block of Walton Pond Circle.
