Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:19 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a complaint about a neighbor singing loudly at a condo on Columbine Drive. The singing stopped when police knocked on the door.

2:48 a.m. Yampa Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a sick person in the 600 block of Fifth Street.

12:07 p.m. Officers were called to check on the welfare of a person in the 100 block of Sixth Street.

12:40 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person who overdosed on pills in the 1300 block of Hilltop Parkway.

2:13 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to a report of a head-on crash near mile marker 150 on U.S. Highway 40 on Rabbit Ears Pass. An Oak Creek woman was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center with broken legs.

3:51 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a man who was yelling and cursing at a man at Anglers Drive and South Lincoln Avenue. The man who called said he was going to defend himself if he needed to.

5:09 p.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person who overdosed in the 200 block of Wild Hogg Drive.

7:38 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person with a medical problem in the 600 block of Pine Street.

10:17 p.m. Officers were called to a report of gunshots in the 300 block of Cherry Drive. It was fireworks.
