12:32 a.m. Someone was threatening suicide in the 300 block of South Second Street in Hayden. Police said mental health officials were called to mediate the situation.
1:13 a.m. A man in the 800 block of Conifer Circle reported a dog barking at a bear that was rummaging through trash. The man was concerned the dog was going to wake up his child. The bear was gone when officers arrived.
2:24 a.m. A man reported being bitten by a cat in the 2900 block of West Acres Drive. The man went to the hospital, and a report was taken.
7:37 a.m. A man reported two windows broken on cars in the Steamboat Springs High School parking lot. A report was taken.
9:56 a.m. Three loose dogs were taken to the animal shelter from 11th Street and Lincoln Avenue.

10:15 a.m. A man in the 400 block of Cherry Drive reported a broken window and windshield damage to his truck.
11:08 a.m. A woman was taken to The Memorial Hospital in Craig from the 300 block of South Shelton Lane in Hayden because she was suffering from a medical problem.
11:24 a.m. A 50-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of harassment, disorderly conduct and cruelty to animals in the 2000 block of Walton Creek Road. Police said the man reportedly walked into a neighbor’s yard and kicked a dog while he was yelling at his neighbor about trash in the neighborhood. The man also attempted to walk into another neighbor’s yard to kick a dog.
11:30 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies assisted Colorado State Patrol troopers with searching a car on U.S. Highway 40 near mile marker 128. Police did not find anything suspicious during the search.
12:12 p.m. A Colorado Mountain College student reported his roommate stealing clothes, DVDs and CDs from their room in the 1400 block of Bob Adams Drive. A report was taken.
12:21 p.m. A brush fire was reported on the Table Rock Ranch in the 300 block of Table Rock Road in Toponas. Yampa Fire and Ambulance extinguished the fire. No injuries were reported, and no one was evacuated from the ranch.
12:23 p.m. A man reported someone stealing money from the 2200 block of Curve Court. A report was taken.
12:43 p.m. A woman reportedly left her purse at a restaurant in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue. The purse was gone when the woman went back for it.
3:34 p.m. Two Routt County Jail inmates reportedly were involved in a verbal argument and shoving match in the 2000 block of Shield Drive. Officers said neither man wanted to press charges. A report was taken.
6:26 p.m. Two people reportedly were fighting in the 25000 block of Routt County Road 15. The incident is under investigation.
11 p.m. A man in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza reported hearing loud people shuffling back and forth between a swimming pool and a hot tub. The man told police the pool closes at 10 p.m. Officer contacted the people and told them to leave.
