6:47 a.m. A woman reported an abandoned Toyota near Third Street and Missouri Avenue. The woman told police the driver of the car had looked sick. There was no one near the car when officers arrived, and the truck was towed.
7:53 a.m. A hotel customer in the 1000 block of Walton Creek Road reported his wallet stolen. The man said he left his hotel room to get something out of his car and that his wallet was gone when he returned. A report was taken.
8:13 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near Elk River Road and Lincoln Avenue.
1:45 p.m. A man reported seeing a Chihuahua with a brown sweater on and a black dog running loose near Howelsen Parkway and Fifth Street. Officers were not able to find the dogs, but they took a loose German shepherd they found in the same area to the animal shelter.
2 p.m. A man reported being harassed in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue.

3:59 p.m. Someone reported seeing three motorcycles speeding down Pamela Lane. Officers found two of the motorcyclists and gave them verbal warnings.
4:27 p.m. A man wanted officers to check on his friend because he said the friend was threatening to commit suicide. Officers contacted the man, and after several hours of speaking with mental health professionals, he was taken to the hospital.
7:12 p.m. A woman reported rocks falling from the back of a truck near Lincoln Avenue and Walton Creek Road. The woman said the rocks damaged her car.
7:16 p.m. A woman riding a bicycle near 12th and Yampa streets reportedly ran into a telephone pole after she rounded a corner. The woman’s mouth was bleeding, and her helmet came off when she hit the pole. The woman was taken to the hospital.
7:39 p.m. A woman near Anthony and Val d’Isere circles reported seeing a black bear digging in trash and trying to get into cars. The bear was gone when officers arrived.
9:14 p.m. A 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of harassment. The man’s stepson reported that the man and the boy’s mother had been in an argument.
