12:58 a.m. Police arrested a man on suspicion of drunken driving on U.S. Highway 40. After processing the man’s fingerprints, police officers learned the man had given them a false name and that he was a juvenile with two outstanding warrants.

2:33 a.m. A man reported vandalism in the 2900 block of Apres Ski Way.



11:10 a.m. Police responded to a report of an assault and battery in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue. A 46-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of grabbing a woman and pushing her down.

11:19 a.m. Police received a report that someone had broken into Slopeside Grill and stolen money from the safe and ATM. Police are investigating the incident.



12:09 p.m. A man reported that a 425-gallon plastic tank had been stolen in the 1000 block of Pine Grove Road.

12:48 p.m. The Routt County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a missing adult in the 40000 block of Harbor Street. Detectives are investigating the report. Sgt. Ray Birch said no foul play is suspected and that officials do not consider it a critical situation.

6:52 p.m. Police assisted rescue workers who responded to Howelsen Ice Arena, where a 30-year-old man was complaining of chest pains.
