Suspicious note found on car: The Record for Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2017

7:29 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the first block of Anglers Drive. Someone found a note on their car referencing the number of people living in their trailer.

7:46 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a coyote possibly in the area of Soda Creek Elementary School.

8:58 a.m. Officers were called to a report of harassment between neighbors in the 1500 block of Conestoga Circle. It was related to a dog.



10:03 a.m. Officers were called to a report of $120 worth of household goods stolen from a hardware store in the 2100 block of Curve Plaza.

4:20 p.m. Officers were called to a report of threats in the 1600 block of Cornice Court. Two co-workers were having a disagreement.



5:23 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person having a seizure in the 500 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

5:32 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car parked too close to a handicapped spot at Fourth Street and Lincoln Avenue. A parent was unable to load a wheelchair ramp for their child.

6:43 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a driver swerving at Lincoln Avenue and Shield Drive. The car could not be located.

8:07 p.m. Officers were called to check on the welfare of a drunken person on a bus on Burgess Creek Road.

8:22 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person overdosing in the 3200 block of South Lincoln Avenue.
