‘Saving Snow’ documentary scheduled to premiere at library Thursday

Bud Werner Memorial Library and the Yampa Valley Sustainability Council present a free community screening of "Saving Snow" at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 1 in Library Hall. The film is a documentary about communities dealing with climate change. Across the country, people who depend on winter for their livelihood are feeling the heat. On the sidelines of skiing and snowboarding, an epic struggle to reverse rising temperatures is unfolding. Ski towns and the snow sport industry are paving the way towards a clean energy future.
