A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: Regular meeting of Sept. 27, 2016.

B. Approval and authorization of the chair to sign a resolution adopting a new road name, Thorpe Mountain Lane, accessing Thorpe Mountain Neighborhood, south of Steamboat Springs and described in the Routt County Clerk and Recorder's office at Teception #461474 be named Thorpe Mountain Lane, correcting resolution 16-051

C. Approval of and authorization to sign a intergovernmental agreement between 10 counties known as the Northwest Colorado Regional Collaborative for July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 in the amount of $7,956.22.

D. Approval of and authorization for signature of Colorado Department of Human Services early childhood systems building contract amendment in the amount of $117,838 SFY 2016-2017 for Routt County as fiscal agent for Routt County Early Childhood Council.

E. Approval of and authorization to sign and submit the Nov. 1, 2016 $9,500 grant request to the Craig-Scheckman Family Foundation for the First Impressions Tuition Assistance Program for Routt County as fiscal agent for Routt County Early Childhood Council.

F. Approval of and authorization to sign a letter on behalf of the Advocates Against Battering and Abuse supporting the emergency shelter grant.

• Consideration to accept the PDR board's recommendation to approve Tier II documents related to PDR project 178 and direct staff to place the project on the commissioners' agenda for funding approval, noting that all Tier II criteria has been met. Executive session may be required under C.R.S. 24-6-402 (4)(a) to discuss the purchase, acquisition, lease transfer or sale of any real, personal, or other property.

• Approval and authorization of the chair's signature on an agreement with Bob Struble regarding provision of emergency management services.

• Consideration to approve and authorization to reclassify the current records tech from a records tech I to a records tech II, which would increase the salary by $6,700 annually.

• Consideration to approve and authorization to add $10,000 to the 2017 budget for patrol on-call time.
