A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: regular meeting of October 6, 2015;

B. Approval of and authorization to reappoint Renata Burgess, Mike Lewis and Pete Withers to the Museum and Heritage Advisory Board with terms starting January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2020.

C. Approval of and authorization to sign the Child Care Services Fiscal Agreement between Routt County and Laura Bilsky for the period October 15, 2015 through December 31, 2015.

Consideration to approve and appoint Lane Iacovetto to the at-large position (replacing Heather Rau) on the Routt County Fair Advisory Board with a term expiring December 31, 2017.

Discussion with County Attorney concerning Colorado Court of Appeals Case Number 2014CA42 and Board of Assessment Appeals Docket Numbers 63106 and 63105, generally known as Storm Mountain Ranch property owners v. Routt County Board of Equalization. Executive Session to be requested under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(b) – conference with County Attorney to receive legal advice on specific legal issue.
