Items of routine and non-controversial nature are placed on the consent agenda to allow the Board of County Commissioners to spend its time and energy on more important items on a lengthy agenda. A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: regular meeting of April 12;
B. Approval of the State Human Service electronic benefit transfer in the amount of $223,692.44 through March;
Executive session may be requested under C.R.S. 24-6-402 (4)(c) for matters required to be kept confidential by federal or state laws, rules or regulations.
C. Approval of and authorization to ratify the chair's signature on a letter to Steamboat Springs City Council regarding the renewal of the quarter-cent sales tax to support the air program.
D. Approval of and authorization to ratify the chair's signature on a letter to Steamboat Springs City Council regarding a joint law campus;
E. Approval of and authorization to ratify the chair's signature on a letter to Colorado Counties Inc. Regarding Amendment 69;
F. Approval of and authorization to ratify chair's signature on change order No. 1 of RFP 482 In the amount of $13,090 for a total revised contract of $55,240 for the additional re-design of fiber optic route to avoid Century Link-owned poles.

Consideration to accept the PDR Board's recommendation to approve Tier II documents related to PDR project 181 and direct staff to place the project on the Commissioners' agenda for funding approval, noting that all Tier II criteria has been met.
