A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: regular meeting of Feb. 16;

B. Approval of and authorization to appoint michael beyer to the yampa valley housing authority board for a term starting Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018

C. Approval of and authorization for the chair to sign a resolution approving appointments of members to the Northwest Regional Workforce Development Board, identifying commissioner representatives, and appointing the state of Colorado as the operator of the workforce centers in the Northwest area

B. RFP 480 District 1 shop expansion

Consideration to approve and authorize the Chair to sign contract documents to Northwest Consultants dba Tyke Pierce Construction for an amount not to exceed $508,000 for the design and construction of an insulated metal shop building approximately 75' long x 80' wide x 16' high along with partial remodel of the existing building at Road and Bridge District 1 Shop in Oak Creek.

C. RFP 486 pressure washer

Consideration to approve a purchase and authorize the Chair to sign a purchase order for one new Hotsy pressure washer for the Road and Bridge Department Hayden Shop District #2 in the amount of $6,119.
