Tammie Mae Hintze Bartholomew

Tammie Mae Hintze Bartholomew crossed the rainbow bridge on March 8th, 2016 in the Intensive Care Unit of the University of Colorado Hospital in Denver due to complications of the H1N1 virus. She was born on Feb. 26, 1973 to Pattie and Kent Hintze of East Cabon, Utah, and married Gary L. Bartholomew of Craig, Co on August 23, 2013. She is survived by her husband Gary, her sons Tyler and Lane, And her daughter Rachel, her siblings Crystal and Richard, and both her parents.
Tammie was a warm open-hearted lover of the outdoor life. Her joy was camping, fishing, hunting, four-wheeling, horses, and more. The happiest years of her life were those she had with Gary and surrounded by her three children. She touched the hearts of all who met her, and her extended “family” stretched far and wide. The love and caring of this extended family will support her for all time
As per her wishes Tammie will be cremated. A memorial service presided over by her Uncle Bruce Hintze will be held at the LDS Church at 1295 West 9th St. in Craig, Co On April 9th, at 1pm
