Robert Lincoln Simillion
1927 – 2014
Robert L. Simillion St. George, Utah 87, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2014 in the Dixie Regional Hospital as a result of COPD. He was a 20-year survivor of throat and bladder cancer. Our move to St. George came about because when he had open-heart bypass surgery in 1990, he was diagnosed with COPD. The lower elevation made it possible for him to lead a normal life for several years. In September of 2013 he suffered a stroke leaving him partially blind with only 30 % of his eyesight. In spite of his medical challenges he was able to enjoy a beautiful and eventful life in St. George.
