Land Title moves to Sundance Plaza, hosts open house

Land Title Guarantee Company is moving to a new location in Sundance Plaza, 255 Anglers Drive, on Monday, April 16. For nearly 18 years, Land Title has operated out of its office at 721 Oak St. in downtown Steamboat Springs.

The move provides the business with a central location between downtown and the mountain and will allow for better parking and access. Land Title has completed an extensive tenant finish under the direction of local contractor HLCC. Land Title will host an open house at its new location from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 18.

The company provides title and closing services for Routt and Moffat counties and has 50 offices statewide serving most of Colorado.

Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club appoints new marketing, PR director

Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club, a 1,216-acre land preservation community in Steamboat Springs, has appointed Brittanny Havard as its new director of marketing and public relations.

"Britt Havard is an industry leader, and we are delighted to have her as a part of the team at Alpine Mountain Ranch and Club," said Director of Development Bob Dapper in a news release. "Joining us with a background in luxury real estate and destination marketing, we are more than confident in Britt's ability to elevate the marketing and public relations efforts at Alpine Mountain Ranch and Club, and we look forward to providing her top support in reaching her goals."

Havard previously led the public relations efforts at LIV Sotheby's International Realty, serving as the director of communications and managing the strategic marketing and communications strategy for the firm's 15 offices, which span Denver metro, Boulder, Breckenridge and the Vail Valley.

During her tenure with LIV Sotheby's, Havard led the marketing and public relations strategy for several high-profile real estate projects, including the sale of West Creek Ranch, a $149 million land and estate property located in Gateway and owned by John Hendricks, founder of the Discovery Channel.

"It is evident in the marketplace that more and more individuals seek to live the Colorado lifestyle, and in my experience in luxury real estate, there is no greater opportunity than that which is offered at Alpine Mountain Ranch and Club in Steamboat, to build a custom home with the views, amenities, value and location that AMRC offers — all with the added benefit of being nestled within the Steamboat community," Havard said in a news release.

Sales at Alpine Mountain Ranch entered 2018 strong, with two recent, 5-acre homesite sales, which closed at $1.5 million and $1.7 million.
