This small turkey breast gives you the smell and flavor of turkey without the work of dealing with a full bird.
• 1 (3 pound) boneless turkey breast
• 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Rinse turkey breast then coat liberally with seasoned salt and white pepper. Place in a baking dish and cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing. Serves 8
