Healthy eating: Easy balsamic vinaigrette

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup Extra Virgin olive oil
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Continue to mix until salt is dissolved. Slowly add the olive oil, stirring constantly. Pour onto your salad and enjoy.
