1:59 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident at a rental company in the 2500 block of South Copper Frontage. Some people were suspected of trying to steal a piece of equipment. A man was seen under a piece of equipment, and a woman was looking out. There was no one there when officers arrived, at it did not appear anything was taken.
5:15 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a sick person in the 31000 block of Tree Top Lane.
8:50 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who opened a car door and bumped another car in the 800 block of Weiss Circle.
11:56 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a stolen car in the 700 block of Yampa Street. The person had forgotten where they parked their car. It was located on Lincoln Avenue.
3:34 p.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a man with trauma in the 400 block of Willow Bend Court. The man had been working on a car when a jack slipped. The man was crushed and killed.
3:56 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person having a seizure in the 1000 block of Walton Creek Road.
4:48 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person at Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue. The man was given a ride home and released to roommates.
5:03 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who fell in the 1000 block of 13th Street.
7:23 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken father who was causing a disturbance at a residence in the 600 block of Meadowbrook Circle. The man left.
8:19 p.m. Oak Creek firefighters were called to help a person with trauma in the 100 block of East Main Street.
9:16 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a disturbance involving roommates in the 1600 block of Shadow Run Frontage. A roommate came by to get property and was not welcomed. Police mediated the situation.
10:37 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a sick person in the 900 block of Pine Grove Circle.
11:15 p.m. Officers were called to a report of loud noise at a pool in the first block of Cedar Court.
11:19 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a shuttle driver who had possibly been drinking at a hotel in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. Police discovered a can of beer had exploded in the back of the shuttle. Police could smell beer in the shuttle but not on the driver.
