Performing Arts Mixer
5 to 7 p.m. | Chief Theater, 813 Lincoln Ave.
Now is your chance to be part of the Steamboat Springs arts scene. This event will provide introductions to performing arts organizations including Chief Theater, Strings Music Festival, Piknik Theatre Festival, Colorado New Play Festival, Yampa Valley Choral Society, Steamboat Skating Club, Opera Steamboat and many more.
The Cream Cheese Accident

Colorado music fans know and love the group the String Cheese Incident, who have been bringing its "sacrilegious mix of bluegrass, calypso, salsa, Afro-pop, funk, rock and jazz" to music festival audiences since 1993. Paying homage to their music, the one-and-only Cream Cheese Accident, hailing from Austin, Texas, will be in town to share the music with fans.

Yoga in the Park

There's nothing like yoga outdoors and squishing your feet into lush grass. This all-levels yoga class on The Green requires only a mat, towel and water. A $10 suggested donation goes to supporting the park.
Main Street Farmers Market

Meet new vendors or revisit your favorites at Steamboat's quintessential summer event that opens this weekend with a variety of vendors offering an array of fresh produce, meats, baked goods, handmade crafts, jewelry, art and furniture.
Story Time with Denise Heil
1 to 3 p.m. | Off the Beaten Path, 68 Ninth St.
"What Happened Today" by Denise Heil is a fun and whimsical story that portrays children’s many emotions and how those can change day to day. Heil, a Steamboat resident, will host this whimsical storytelling event.
The Belmont Stakes Party
3 p.m. | McKnight’s Irish Pub, 685 Marketplace Plaza
To celebrate the 150th running of the Belmont Stakes, there will be a party at McKnight’s with race action starting at 4:37 p.m. The party will be co-hosted by The Balance Rider, a local business with a connection to the race through their core-training device, which is used by Hall of Fame jockey Mike Smith, who is riding Triple Crown hopeful Justify.
Ben Gulley & Andres Cladera in Concert
7 to 8:30 p.m. | Bud Werner Memorial Library, 1289 Lincoln Ave.
This concert features opera tenor Ben Gulley and Opera Steamboat's artistic director Andres Cladera on piano. The performance will offer jazz and opera arias.
Super Fun Steamboat Show
7:30 to 9:30 p.m. | Chief Theater, 813 Lincoln Ave.
The night of witty banter and side-splitting humor is back with new comedy, music and dancing. All shows will be free with optional donations to selected charities. This month's beneficiary is Hope for the Day, which supports suicide prevention, awareness and education.
8 p.m. | The Press, 1009 Lincoln Ave.
Formed in 2012, this local reggae group is known for their progressive infusion of rock, hip-hop, funk and jazz.
10 p.m. | Old Town Pub, 600 Lincoln Ave.
This dance rock band from Asheville, North Carolina, has created a sound that produces a high-energy, danceable show with power-driven vocals and infectious grooves.
