Deli sandwich stolen from Safeway: The Record for Thursday, Nov. 2, 2017

9:29 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a bike stolen from the 2900 block of Ski Trail Lane. The bike was not locked to anything when it was taken.
10:17 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a disturbance in the 1900 block of Fish Creek Falls Road. Someone was having gravel delivered, and an argument ensued when the gravel delivery man asked for payment.
12:52 p.m. Officers were called to a report of possible gunshots in the area of Skyview Lane and Whistler Road. The noise was actually coming from nearby construction.
1:34 p.m. Officers were called to a report of someone’s car being wrongfully towed from a parking lot in the 600 block of Marketplace Plaza. The owner of the car claimed there were no signs indicating their vehicle would be towed if it was parked there.
2:29 p.m. Officers were called to a report of someone who stole a deli sandwich from Safeway.
6:36 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1300 block of Hilltop Parkway. Someone was sleeping inside the vehicle.
