Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:05 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a car that hit a tree at Ore House Plaza and Pine Grove Road. The driver was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center and issued a summons for DUI.

12:29 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a car left with its lights on in the 500 block of Anglers Drive. Police towed the car Friday. The driver was later contacted and admitted to being intoxicated. The car damaged a couple of air conditioning units in the area. The driver was given a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.

12:44 a.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to a report of a rollover accident on River Road. No one was injured.

1:37 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a backpack stolen from a car in a parking lot at a gym in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue. The backpack contained $1,500 worth of items, including a computer.

1:53 a.m. Officers were called to a report of someone passed out in the Brooklyn neighborhood. The person could not be located.

2:06 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who never came home after the concert at Howelsen Hill. The person was later found.

4:04 a.m. Officers contacted people sleeping in cars at Howelsen Hill.

7:05 a.m. Officers were called to a report of noise in the 3700 block of Lincoln Avenue. It was an ongoing issue with a loud car starting in the morning.

8:22 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person having a seizure in the 3600 block of Lincoln Avenue

10:47 a.m. Officers were called to a report of prescription medications stolen from a car in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

11:56 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a driver who revved the engine and intentionally ran over a person's longboard in the 800 block of Yampa Street.

2:18 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a driver who almost caused a head-on accident and was weaving at Lincoln Avenue and 13th Street.

3:19 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a transient man who was loitering and used a bathroom as a shower in the 600 block of Marketplace Plaza. The man was gone when officers arrived.

4:28 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

5:48 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a transient man loitering in the 500 block of Marketplace Plaza. He was gone when officers arrived.

6:40 p.m. Officers were called to a report of unsecured trash in the 1700 block of 13th Street.

6:56 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who fell in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

8:27 p.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person having difficulty breathing.
