Police, fire and ambulance calls

4:05 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a transient man sleeping under a table at a laundromat in the 2100 block of Curve Plaza. The man was gone when officers arrived.

6:12 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a motorcycle that was stolen from a lodge in the 3100 block of South Lincoln Avenue. The motorcycle hadn’t been recovered on Monday morning.

7:11 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a wallet that was found in a grocery store in the 1400 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

11:25 a.m. Officers were called to a report of tenants who damaged property in the 300 block of Third Street.

12:38 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a male who was receiving unwanted calls and texts from a female.

1:57 p.m. Officers were called to a report of several windows that had been broken at the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club gym at Howelsen Hill. Police had not identified any suspects.

2:07 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an 11-year-old boy who became separated from his family on the Yampa River after his tube popped. The boy was eventually reunited with his family.

7:23 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a 9-year-old boy who got separated from his parents at Bud Werner Memorial Library. The boy was reunited with his family.

8:28 p.m. Officers were called to a report of harassment in the 700 block of Pine Street. A female said another female kept driving by her house, and she wanted police to tell her to stop.

8:35 p.m. Officers and Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a strange man who asked an 11-year-old boy for water and then started to chase him at Spring Creek Park. The boy made it back to his mother, and deputies contacted the man.

8:45 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a deer that was injured by a car at J.D. Hays Way and South Lincoln Avenue. The deer was dispatched.
