Crash kills pregnant woman in neighboring Jackson County

A 27-year-old pregnant woman and her unborn child were killed in neighboring Jackson County on Sunday morning when a Toyota Sequoia with seven people inside rolled.

The crash occurred about 10:30 a.m. on Colo. Highway 125 near Rand.

According to the Colorado State Patrol, the vehicle was traveling south when it drifted off the right side of the road.



The driver overcorrected, causing the vehicle to roll three times.

Two people were ejected.



A 16-year-old boy was flow to Medical Center of the Rockies.

A third juvenile was unresponsive at Middle Park Medical Center and then flow to Children’s Hospital Colorado.
