The Top Producer Awards went to the team and individual with the highest total sales volume and transactions. Martin Dragnev was a repeat winner of this year's individual award for top producer and most transactions, helping almost 60 clients buy or sell homes worth $19 million.

The Paoli Group and the Metzler Team tied for the Top Producing Team Award, with both on track to close $50 million in sales volume. The Paoli Group claimed the award for Most Transactions by a Team, helping 70 buyers and sellers.

The Metzler Team also took home the award for Biggest CGR Charitable Foundation Supporter for their donations, helping the foundation to distribute over $35,000 to 28 deserving local nonprofits this year.

The Broker of the Year award was presented to Tom Valicenti. The honor is bestowed upon an individual who continually goes above and beyond in serving the company and community.
