Steamboat Springs — Colorado Group Realty welcomes new broker
Tim Boehm has joined the Colorado Group Realty team. He is the newest associate, which includes a group of more than 60 owners and associates, according to a news release.
Boehm has spent 23 years in Steamboat Springs. Moving here shortly after graduation from University of Dayton, Boehm came to pursue a career of living in the mountains and being a professional fishing guide. Steamboat Springs was an easy decision for Boehm, as it checked off every box of criteria he was seeking.
He gained Orvis endorsement from a Jackson Hole outfitter, became a professional fly-fishing guide/instructor and still occasionally guides. He owned/operated a service-oriented transportation company, Sweet Pea Tours from 1997 to 2007
Boehm met his wife, Bridget, on the slopes in the winter of 1995-96, and they were married a year later. They have two daughters who were born and raised here in Steamboat.

In 2006, as a full time real estate broker, Boehm witnessed the Steamboat market climb to its peak. The real estate bubble burst around 2008, and since then, the local real estate market has steadily climbed out of its recessionary period. Being of part of the Steamboat community for the past 20-plus years and watching Ski Town USA’s commercial and residential growth is one way Boehm can add value to his client relationships.
"We are excited to have Tim come on as broker to Colorado Group Realty. His ability to listen and understand his client's real estate needs and translate those needs into their ideal location makes Tim a wonderful addition to our team, "said Dean Laird, broker and owner.
