Business briefs: New associate joins Colorado Group Realty

New associate joins Colorado Group Realty

Kristin Lile has joined the Colorado Group Realty team. She is the newest associate, which includes a group of over 60 owners and associates.

Lile has been in the real estate industry for almost 30 years. Her real estate career began in the title business, where she worked as a title policy verifier, and later as a real estate/loan closer for title companies and law firms in Tennessee, South Carolina and the Front Range of Colorado. Her goal is to exceed her client's expectations throughout the entire real estate process by delivering exceptional customer service and knowledge.

In addition to her real estate profession, Lile spent some time as a portrait photographer. Photography allowed Lile to continue working with people and led her to getting her real estate license to become an agent.

Lile and her husband met at Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, and have been married for 30 years. They are outdoor enthusiasts. They enjoy skiing, biking, boating, hiking and camping.

"We are excited to have Kristin join Colorado Group Realty. She brings unique skills, which will benefit her clients as well as contribute to the diverse range of skills and independent thinking that makes Colorado Group so successful," said Lori Thompson, broker/owner.
