Steamboat Springs — ❱❱ Cayuse Classic — Sidney Peak Ranch, 9 a.m.
The annual Cayuse Classic, a day of equine events, starts at 9 a.m. and continues all day. The event includes a barbecue dinner and benefit auctions; all proceeds go to the Community Agriculture Alliance. ❱❱ Barbecue and Barn Dance — The Haven Assisted Living Center, 6 p.m.
The Haven Assisted Living Center hosts its annual Barbecue and Barn Dance fundraiser. There will be live entertainment by local band Loose Change. The cost is $15 a person, $25 for couples, $8 for students ages 6 to 18, and free for children ages 5 and younger. All proceeds go to senior programs at The Haven. Call Karen at 875-1888. 300 S.
