12:00 a.m. Steamboat Springs police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue.
12:19 a.m. Police issued a citation for public urination at Sixth Street and Lincoln Avenue.
12:27 a.m. Police responded to a suspicious vehicle at Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue.
12:31 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a request for an officer near mile marker 28 on southbound Colorado Highway 131 in Oak Creek, where a man reportedly was laying in the road. The man was gone when officers arrived.
12:46 a.m. Police arrested a 46-year-old Texas man at a traffic stop at U.S. Highway 40 and Anglers Drive on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving under the influence per se and weaving. Police said the man failed to yield to a patrol vehicle’s lights, and continued to drive about 5 mph until coming to a stop at a fast food restaurant. Officers impounded the vehicle.

1:26 a.m. Police arrested a 25-year-old man from Mexico at a traffic stop at U.S. 40 and Dream Island Plaza on suspicion of failure to signal, careless driving, failure to drive in a single lane, driving without a valid license, driving under the influence and driving under the influence per se.
2:06 a.m. Police responded to a request for an officer in the 600 block of Yampa Street, where a man reported an intoxicated woman was at his house and refused to leave. Officers picked up the woman and took her to detox.
2:49 a.m. Police made contact with an intoxicated person at Sixth Street and Lincoln Avenue. The intoxicated person was later picked up by a taxi.
7:35 a.m. Police responded to a report of a suspicious incident in the 600 block of Oak Street, where a Steamboat Springs man was found with head injuries resulting from an apparent assault. The man was airlifted to a Denver hospital and was thought to have suffered a facial fracture and internal head bleeding. Police had no further no information Monday, and the incident is under investigation.
8:29 a.m. Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 200 block of Spruce Street, where political signs had been taken from a woman’s yard and from her neighbor’s yard. A report was taken.
9:12 a.m. Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a report of a missing person in the Adams Creek area off Routt County Road 80 near Hayden. The report was for a missing hunter, who was found safe.
11:35 a.m. Police responded to an anonymous complaint about an off-road vehicle driving on Saratoga Avenue. The vehicle was gone when officers arrived.
11:52 a.m. Police took a report of found power tools at Village Drive and Apres Ski Way.
12:17 p.m. Police responded to a reported theft in the 600 block of Yampa Street, where artwork had been stolen from inside a business. A report was taken.
12:50 p.m. Police responded to an anonymous request for an officer at Fifth Street and Howelsen Parkway, where a stop sign had been knocked down. A report was taken.
12:58 p.m. Police responded to a complaint about loud music in the 2900 block of West Acres Drive. It was quiet when officers arrived.
2:04 p.m. Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a request for an officer in the 100 block of Main Street in Oak Creek.
2:08 p.m. Police responded to a burglary alarm in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The building was clear, and it was a false alarm.
3:53 p.m. Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a report of gas leaking from a residence in the 200 block of Highland Street in Oak Creek.
6:03 p.m. Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a complaint about an illegally parked vehicle in the 19500 block of C.R. 29. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
7:00 p.m. Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a request for an officer near mile marker 17 on C.R. 27, where two people were arguing inside a truck. The truck was gone when officers arrived.
7:03 p.m. Police and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue responded to a request for an ambulance in Steamboat Springs, where a 77-year-old man had fallen and could not get up. The man was OK.
7:17 p.m. Sheriff’s Office deputies assisted a motorist near mile marker 3 on C.R. 27.
7:21 p.m. Police responded to two anonymous requests for an officer in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue, where a woman said a person she had a protection order against had entered a bar and would not leave. Police said the subject of the protection order ran when officers arrived.
10:11 p.m. Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a burglary alarm at a convenience store in the 16000 block of Colo. 131 in Yampa. Everything was OK.
