12:05 a.m. Police responded to a noise complaint in the 1000 block of Shadow Run Court. They issued a verbal warning.

12:28 a.m. A drunken pedestrian was reported in the alley behind Tap House Sports Grill. The person was taken to detox.

12:30 a.m. Police responded to a noise complaint in the 3000 block of Columbine Drive. They issued a verbal warning.



12:47 a.m. Cattle were reported on the road at mile marker 2 on Routt County Road 14. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies moved them so they wouldn’t be a hazard.

1:10 a.m. A drunken driver was reported at Lincoln Avenue and 12th Street. A 21-year-old Mexican man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and failing to drive in a single lane.



1:54 a.m. A fight was reported at Oak and Seventh streets. Four or five males reportedly were in an altercation; they were gone when officers arrived.

1:58 a.m. A drunken pedestrian was reported at Merritt and Douglas streets. The person was gone when officers arrived.

7:11 a.m. A fire was reported in the 2000 block of Black Hawk Court. The fire had been set accidentally, and fire officials extinguished it.

7:31 a.m. Police responded to a vehicle complaint in the 3000 block of Lincoln Avenue. The person was gone when officers arrived.

10:25 a.m. Police responded to a wildlife call on the Yampa River Core Trail behind Fish Creek Mobile Home Park. They issued a verbal warning to a person who was fishing with live bait.

10:43 a.m. An officer was called to do a breath test at the Steamboat Springs Police Station.

10:53 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury wreck occurred in the 1000 block of Crawford Avenue. Police took a report.

12:03 p.m. A pair of skis was reported stolen in the 2000 block of Bear Drive. Police took a report.

12:29 p.m. A person called the Routt County Sheriff’s Department to ask questions about a sex offender. No more information was available.

1:20 p.m. Police responded to an animal complaint in the 3000 block of Village Drive. No more information was available.

4:31 p.m. A disturbance between a mother and daughter was reported on U.S. Highway 40 east of Old Town Hot Springs. Everything was fine.

4:30 p.m. Threats were reported in the 1000 block of Lincoln Avenue. A 73-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of felony menacing and unlawful sexual conduct. Police would not release any more details.

5:56 p.m. Police responded to an animal complaint in the 1000 block of Fetcher Park Drive. They transported a dog to the shelter.

6:50 p.m. Domestic violence was reported in Hayden. A boyfriend and girlfriend were arguing. Sheriff’s officials took the man to a gas station to separate the couple and made no arrests.

10:19 p.m. A burglary alarm was triggered in the 800 block of Oak Street. The building was secure.

11 p.m. Police responded to a noise complaint in the 3000 block of AprÃs Ski Way. A person was ticketed.

11:13 p.m. Police responded to a noise complaint in the 70 block of Anglers Drive. They issued a warning.

11:34 p.m. A theft was reported in the 1000 block of Sparta Plaza. No more information was available.
