■ Cajun dinner — Hayden Valley Elementary School cafeteria, 5 to 8 p.m.

Come celebrate Fat Tuesday with a Cajun dinner. Dinner is $10 for adults and $5 for seniors and children 12 and younger. Dinner for families costs $30, and children 5 and younger eat for free. ■ Mardi Gras party — Sunpie's Bistro, 5 p.m. to close

■ The Infamous Stringdusters — Ghost Ranch Saloon, 9 p.m.

A band of six bluegrass-fed pickers from New York, Colorado and points between, The Infamous Stringdusters have spent the past three years moving away from their newgrass roots to create a sound that's as much jazz, rock, blues or any other American music as it is bluegrass.
