Dana Duckels’ Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

Makes two pies

1 cup sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon allspice

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 1/2 cup fresh pureed pumpkin

1 can and 2/3 can evaporated milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour filling into 2 nine inch pie shells. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Stick toothpick or fork in center of pie, when it comes out clean pie is done.
