Recipe:

2 1/2 cups vanilla wafers, finely crushed

1 to 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

4 tablespoons cocoa, unsweetened

1 cup finely chopped walnuts

3 to 4 tablespoons corn syrup

3/4 cup Bourbon

Directions:

Mix vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, cocoa, and walnuts. Add corn syrup and bourbon. Mix well: it’s best to do with hands (a bit messy but fun!).

Roll into 1-inch balls. Then roll in the powdered sugar. Store in air tight container. Keep refrigerated. Makes about 3 dozen.
