D’lance golf trailer returns to area
July 19, 2007
Steamboat Springs — When it comes to golf, there might not be two more important things than consistency and confidence.
Those are two things Dan Sueltz, owner of D’lance Golf, said his traveling trailer and company can bring to consumers.
“Unfortunately, a lot of this game is played on a 6-inch fairway – the one between your ears,” Sueltz said. “If people aren’t satisfied with their game right now, improvement can come very, very quickly.”
If recent history is any suggestion, Sueltz and D’lance have made a difference in the Yampa Valley.
Friday at Catamount Ranch & Club will mark the third time in the past year D’lance has been at Steamboat-area courses to fit local players. The D’lance trailer will be at Catamount on Friday and Saturday and Haymaker Golf Course on Sunday and Monday.
Along with several new items from Callaway and Taylor Made, as well as a multitude of new shaft options, D’lance will bring its ball flight machine. The radar-based system is the only one like it in Colorado and is the same one used on the Professional Golf Association Tour.

“It’s the most accurate ball flight monitor in the country,” Sueltz said.
Fittings take place starting at 9 a.m. with the last appointment scheduled for 4 p.m. To make an appointment, visit http://www.dlancefitting.com.
Sueltz said the results he’s seeing from golfers of all abilities is pretty amazing.
“The bottom line is we can take strokes off their game and give them more confidence,” he said. “A lot of people are playing some of their best golf after the fittings.”
