Black Tie Ski Rentals worked with Environment Solutions Unlimited, the Chamber’s environmental consulting service, to develop business practices to help it attain sustainability in its daily operations.

In its environmental efforts, the ski rental business has designated two of its employees as in-house sustainability coordinators, pledged to educate and train its workers about sustainability, and completed an energy assessment summary. Black Tie Ski Rentals also has created a reward program, through which employers who carpool to work can earn ski passes and paid time off.
