Hey you!...Whaazzupp?....I'm writing from here in Atlanta..sipping my morning coffee and surfing the innergnat before I actually do something meaningful or responsible...like cleaning up this messy desk so I can find my pipe tobacco and whatever coins I can find. I know it's here somewhere. I think behind the printer...I think there's still a printer in here.....there's mounds of debris on top of it...I'm pretty bad about letting stuff pile up...it's one of the perks of bean single with no naggin wife or screaming kids. But, I got up early today...5 am EST and was listening to some bluegrass on the stereo and doing this stuff while savoring my sacred coffee. I don't have any brilliant revelations for this first Pilot blog. Just saying hey to you people there...I left in November of '89 to come back to Atlanta to be with my sick dad...he died Valentines day of '90 and I'm doing caregiving stuff for my '86 year old mother while I fool around writing and sipping beer. I hear Steamboat's really gettin bigger and has lost some of the old family charm. I know I miss half price burger night at the Old Town Pub and sitting up at the Strawberry Park hot springs..used to love that place....or sitting down at the Yacht Club patio getting soused...My dear friend Cordelia has that Crystal shop there...tell her I said Hi if any of you see her....she's one dear soul and I'm proud to know her. Anyway...about time to stretch my legs and take a long hot shire before I start operating the TV remote or taking down the Xmas lights...Yall take her easy......yo pal, Hollywood
